What shipping methods does Legacy offer?

Legacy ships via UPS to the contiguous United States.  We will ship your order
as soon as it is processed.  Please allow 3 business days to process your order.
Canadian orders ship USPS.
 

UPS Ground: 

(Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days *, plus 3 days for order processing)

 

UPS 2-Day:  

(Estimated delivery time is 2 business days *, plus 3 days for order processing

 

UPS Next Day: 

(Estimated delivery time is 1 business day *, plus 3 days for order processing)

 

USPS to Canada

Does Legacy ship internationally?  

Currently we ship retail orders to the United States and Canada.

What is your Return Policy?

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.  You may mail the merchandise back to Legacy along with the packing slip you received with your order.  Please indicate the reason for your return and if you would like a refund or exchange.


Mail the unused merchandise, along with your packing slip indicating the reason for the return, to:

We will refund the cost of the merchandise and any taxes that were charged.  Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for Legacy to receive and process your return.  We will issue your refund to the credit card used for the initial purchase.

Can I exchange my merchandise?

If for some reason you are unhappy with the merchandise you receive, we will be happy to exchange it for another product on our website.

Please return the merchandise, along with the original packing slip indicating that you would like to exchange the product to:

Be sure to clearly indicate the item(s) you would like to receive on the packing slip you were sent with the original purchase.

 

Upon exchange, we will refund the value of the item returned including tax if the total is more than the total of the item you are receiving in exchange. For exchanged merchandise that costs more, your credit card will be charged for the difference.

What should I do if my merchandise arrived damaged?

If you received damaged merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-322-3866, Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We're sorry, but once the checkout process is completed, your order is immediately sent to our processing department so we can ship it out to you as soon as possible.  We will not be able to change or cancel your order once it has been placed.
